Leaving Trowbridge Street

It's been nearly a full year since I last updated this blog. So much has happened. The big news is that I'm heading back to law school, and we're moving to Vermont! We've bought a wonderful 1836 farm house in Vermont to occupy for the next several years.

Thus, on July 24, we'll be permanently leaving Trowbridge Street. It's been a wonderful 3+ years, and I know we will miss it dearly. But, since Nico will be spending about half of his time in Cambridge next year, I refuse to say that we're leaving forever. Thus, this blog remains in homage to our first real home.

I have been sewing over the last year, though clearly not blogging. There hast just been too much going on to keep it up. I'm not sure yet how this blog will fit into my future -- I assume I'll be fully consumed with law school, but I do hope I'll find time for sewing and other pursuits now and then.

In any case, to anyone still following this dormant little spot in cyberspace: thank you.

  2. Best of luck with your move and studies! I have enjoyed your blog in the past, (LOVED the wedding dress related posts especially! I made my dress as well!) and will check in from time to time for updates, in case you do have time to post.
